A comprehensive induction programme is given to all our new starters. Our induction is designed to integrate people into our ethos and culture quickly and to show them the support structure that we are so proud of. It also introduces the individual not only to the organisation and working practices but ensures that they are fully compliant with all the necessary legal and health and safety requirements for the position.
In addition, extensive reference checking is undertaken regarding previous employment history, qualifications and competencies stated. The individual is also assessed after conclusion of the probation period to match claimed competency and experience against demonstrated competencies and experience.
We are keen to encourage multi-skilling and multi-tasking which enhances individual understanding of the roles of other employees in the company.
