DW follows a philosophy of open communications in which all individuals are kept informed of developments that affect them.
The improvement of communications as a whole has become a strategic objective for the company. The company already produces a monthly newsletter and ensures head office and branch notice boards are kept updated with various information documents such as Health & Safety updates, internal vacancies, new appointments, newsletters, strategic documents etc.
The Managing Director has also recently introduced a programme of Communications Meetings to disseminate company information on a regular basis, which involves staff at head office and branch managers. We have also launched the DW intranet, which allows all employees to access company information electronically.
The open communication style adopted by DW is successfully shown by the many long serving employees who have built their entire careers with the organisation.
