Discussion on location of street lights in Lambeth

Health and Safety is of paramount importance and high standards are maintained in all work undertaken.  The Management System is designed to comply with OHSAS 18001.  DW has been awarded the RoSPA Gold Award for occupational Health and Safety for the third consecutive year.  Our training room, which was opened in Spring 2009, has been specifically designed to ensure all training is delivered to the highest possible standards.

DW is externally audited by the BSI and is certified to ISO9001 for Quality and ISO14001 for Environment; this independent assessment confirms the appropriate policies and processes are in place to ensure compliance with these international standards.

The DW Quality Management System promotes a culture of continual improvement which is achieved by establishing business objectives and identifying the processes and performance indicators required to ensure they are measured and achieved. Business Objectives are communicated throughout the company at every level to ensure all personnel are aware of the importance of their contribution in achieving these objectives.

Top Management demonstrate their commitment to continual improvement by providing trained and competent personnel, appropriate plant and equipment to meet the client's expectations and contract specifications, and by monitoring performance to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
