Typical of this type of contract would be the management of the Installation and Maintenance of ANPR and TMU sites for SERCO and the periodic testing on Area 5.

Telecommunications Infrastructure
DW Projects can undertake complete turnkey projects from network installation to commissioning, testing, cabling, jointing and splicing of conventional, multicore and fibre optic systems. In support of these complex operations, DW Projects is able to install all associated ducting, chambers, cabinets, feeder pillars and construction of transmission stations. An example of this would be the M5 J8-11 Communications Upgrade, value £10.3m and the M25 J12-15 widening project value £4.8m.
All these operations are undertaken to meet customer requirements and timelines in a safe and efficient manner.
CCTV
DW Projects has been involved in some of the most technologically advanced CCTV projects in the UK. We have the experience to fully design, build and maintain systems which has included the UK highway network.
The Company has a wide range of camera experience covering time and distance speed monitoring systems with nationwide coverage for temporary and permanent installations. The prime example of this type of contract is the M1 Junctions 6a-10 widening scheme. Other schemes include the A2/M2 CCTV project and the installation of digital speed cameras in London, which was a major first for the company.
Highway lighting
DW Projects can undertake all ranges of highway lighting contracts, installation and maintenance, specialising in the larger capital schemes on motorways and trunk roads working for the Highways Agency direct, TfL or in partnership with their main contractor partners.
DW Projects recently worked as main contractor on the Park Lane Relighting project for TfL, and with Lafarge on the lighting upgrade on the A47 Soke Parkway. On the maintenance front DW Projects is currently the maintenance contractor on the M25 Sphere lighting contract for Carillion / MouchelParkman.
