Bouygues Energies & Services is part of a consortium contracted to design, build, finance and operate the Jim Pattison Outpatient and Surgery Centre in Surrey, British Columbia. Bouygues Energies & Services FM Canada’s involvement started at the bid phase where we developed a whole life approach to design, optimising the physical plant to minimise cost and risk over the entire operation. Our scope of service over the thirty year operating period includes hard FM, lifecycle and helpdesk services together with domestic, waste management and car parking services. This highly integrated approach has allowed the client, Fraser Health Authority, to optimise patient outcomes by focusing on its core purpose in this innovative world-class facility.
 

 
Bouygues Energies & Services FM Canada is also a leading provider of services in highly secure environments. As part of a PPP consortium, Bouygues Energies & Services FM Canada provides total FM services, lifecycle, and project company management services for the E-Division headquarters project for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Canada's national police force in Surrey, British Columbia. This innovative facility of 76,000 square metres will house up to 3,000 detachment members and civilian staff previously located on 24 sites spread out in the region.

Bouygues Energies & Services FM Canada will provide integrated total FM services, including facilities and plant maintenance, cleaning, waste management, information management services (CMMS, BMS and energy management systems) and food services. The building is constructed to LEED Gold standard and will be managed to BOMA BEST, the leading environmental certification programme.

Ecovert FM Kuwait (EFMK)

Established in 2008, Ecovert FM Kuwait is a joint venture with leading local partners. Initially founded to provide total FM services to the Al Hamra tower, the world’s 11^th tallest building, EFMK has since expanded to other iconic projects and now provides services to a wide range of private and public sector clients in retail, commercial, governmental, and airport environments. The Kuwait team of around 500 Ecovert staff is led by a seasoned team of managers and engineers with extensive experience in healthcare and military environments.

Ecovert Qatar

Ecovert Qatar, our operating company in Qatar, is a joint venture with a major Qatari partner. Since early 2010, the company has entered into a number of long-term contracts located in and around Doha, the capital city. Ecovert Qatar is the leading service provider in tall building environments.

Via a team of 500 staff, Ecovert is delivers a range of total FM services to several prestigious facilities, including cleaning, security, reception/helpdesk, landscaping, recreation (gym & swimming pool) services, facade cleaning, mechanical, ventilation, electrical, plumbing services and infrastructure maintenance. The Qatar management team has competencies in total FM services in towers, clinical, high security and other critical environments.

Bouygues Energies & Services Services International provides FM support and advisory services to PPP projects around the world. Typical projects include the new airports in Cyprus, various civic and university buildings in South Africa and leisure, sports and civic buildings in Singapore.
